Summer camps can be a welcome break for your child. They are not only for fun and frolic but children also get to learn a lot of interesting things apart from their regular mundane text book lessons.

There are many summer camps in Mumbai which are organised and children can have fun there.

Workshop on Life skills: this will start on 1st May at 10.30 AM in the morning and will go on till 7th May 1 PM in the afternoon. This is organised at the MP Shah English School which is located at the western suburbs of the city of Mumbai. Osne has to enrol; their children for this program and for that, they need to pay Rs 3000. This workshop is mainly to enhance and empower the learning ability and skill of a child. This will help the children to think with a purpose and how to make a right choice. This workshop will provide them with the confidence so that they can deal rightly with their emotions like fear, sadness, anger, and hatred. It also helps in major things of life like positive thinking, confidence building, and problem solving. Apart from this moral boost up sessions, there will also be things like group discussions, games and other fun filled activities.

Manage life situation effectively: this is again a workshop which will be held from 1st May till 7th May at the same venue but this one is specially designed for children belonging at the age group of 8 years to 12 years. To enrol your child you need to pay an amount of Rs 3000. Here in this workshop there will be qualified trainers who have experience in working with children. They will help them in learning how to deal with every tricky situation that may occur in their life and do not lose confidence in them. The location for this workshop is at Sarojini Road, Vile Parle in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Manali Summer Camping: this will start from 4th may at 7.30 AM in the morning and will end on 7th May at 8.30 PM in the evening. Here the tour attractions include Hadimba Devi Temple visit, Rock climbing adventures, and also White water rafting. The entire trip and camp is organised by the Addventure and to join in, one has to pay an amount of Rs 7500. This summer camp is a brilliant gateway for the children as they are bored from the regular pressure of their studies. But yes, the age of your child has to be between 9 to 15 years. Below that, it is a bit risky to send them this far for a week. Here camping and having fun will set them free and they will be able to gather more confidence in life. They will also learn some social skills.

 There are4 many other workshops and camps are held during this time. It is good to attend at least one so that your child can get a view of everything that cannot be learnt from school.
